Trans JAVA, Back to the Land of Ancestor (Part 3), Jakarta-Bandung

I'm noticed for this two years back, just updated each entry for each years...LOL!!!!

3rd days,

Today our plan to visit Bandung, actually want to repeat to buy some "kain" from early of the year trip. However our ultimate aim is to enjoying  the view of higher land and paddy field...since we heard it is awesome view. So we decided to took morning train. It is good option because the journey won't face any traffic congestion. Well if we commute by car or bus sometimes it can takes more then five hours journey ex-specially if the traffic slow moving at highway.

BREATHTAKING!!!

We reached Bandung during afternoon, we just walked to our early booked hostel. Since it is overnight sleep it is cheap to stay at dormitory. So next, apa lagi do some shopping sakan lah at Pasar Baru. Please keep on bargaining good price and at less 40% from the listed price. So at less you will get mutual price...kain lace kat sini giler cantik and much cheaper than in Malaysia.
  • Tips:
    • "Angkut-angkut" is the most cheapest and convenient public transport if you are handy. It is well connected to every inch of the city. But make sure you ask the driver of your destination because they have their own dedicated routes.
    • The fare is about Rp.2000-4000 for each trip. Murahkan...tp kalau dah borong kain tu macamana nak naik angkut-angkut.
    • Angkut-Angkut
    • "Taxi", please choose metered taxi such as Bluebird, or else they will cons you like hell....I do have bad experienced with un-metered taxi during my trip with my mum before...they purposely want to ramp us because we do not agreed with the fare and concurrently we stop another taxi that can offered much cheaper rate. So be wise guys...

So at night time (hurray-hurray time), from our hostel we just walked to Braga Street. It is night hot spot in Bandung that offering night entertainment and dinner places. We strolling trough this street just to experienced Bandung nightlife...emangnya happening. As this is a second trip, so we know our hangout place....Classic Rock Cafe. For those who love classic rock music must visit this cafe. The life band performance is so awesome and most of the visitor was invited to sing or plays any music instrument. They offering gigs with guest participation and I admit that Bandung peoples are damn talented...even some of the guest that playing music instrument can make my mouth widely open and my body stiff because of amazing performance...and they just wearing "thong" (in Aussie) or "Selipar Jepun" (in Malay...Jepun gak dapat nama)....
